These terms explain what you get when you buy a LineSide Tools workbook and how you may use it.

What we sell

LineSide Tools sells downloadable Excel workbook files. Each tool is a one-time purchase, delivered instantly by Lemon Squeezy after checkout. Purchased tools include free updates for life.

Your license

One purchase covers use by one person, including commercial use in that person's work. These are professional tools, and using them as part of your job is exactly what the license is for.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publish the workbook files themselves. Team and site licensing is coming. Email [email protected] if you need broader access.

Engineering responsibility

The workbooks are engineering aids. You are responsible for checking their results against your own customer requirements, processes, and applicable standards. LineSide Tools is not affiliated with AIAG or VDA. Verify customer-specific requirements against your customer's handbooks.

Payment and delivery

Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record. It handles payment, sales tax or VAT, receipts, and delivery of the download.
